Terms of Use

Welcome to JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

1. About This Site — Information & Marketing Platform Only

JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We provide general information about Georgia's medical cannabis program and facilitate access to third-party telehealth booking services. This Site does not provide medical services, issue certifications or registry cards, render clinical advice, or participate in any clinical decision-making.

We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, dispensary, or healthcare provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission (AMCC), the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH), or any government agency.

All appointment scheduling services are facilitated through Acuity Scheduling, an independent third-party booking platform. All clinical services are provided solely by independent DPH-registered Georgia physicians (MD or DO) who are not employees, agents, or representatives of this Site.

2. Independent DPH-Registered Physicians

When you book an appointment through this Site, you are scheduling with an independent, third-party Georgia-licensed physician registered with the DPH Low THC Oil Registry. These physicians are solely responsible for:

  • Evaluating your medical situation against Georgia's qualifying conditions
  • Conducting the telehealth evaluation in accordance with applicable Georgia standards
  • Making all clinical decisions
  • Certifying or declining to certify you in the DPH registry in their sole professional discretion
  • Compliance with all applicable Georgia state laws and AMCC/DPH regulations

We do not supervise, direct, credential, control, or employ any physician. No provider–patient relationship exists between you and JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee that you will be certified in the DPH registry, that DPH will approve your Registry Card application, or that an appointment will be available at a particular time or price. Certification decisions are made solely by the independent physician. Registry Card approval decisions are made solely by the DPH.

4. Eligibility

Use of this Site is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older and who are Georgia residents with a qualifying condition recognized under Georgia's medical cannabis program. Consult the AMCC website for current eligibility rules.

5. Booking, Payments & Refunds

Appointment booking is facilitated through Acuity Scheduling. Payment may be made by major credit card at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is governed by the policy disclosed at booking and/or the independent physician's posted policy.

The DPH registration fee is paid directly to the Georgia Department of Public Health through the DPH patient portal — not to this Site. That fee and its refund eligibility are governed entirely by DPH policy.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this Site up to date. Always verify program details at the AMCC website and the DPH patient portal.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with Site security or functionality, to submit false or misleading information, or to harm others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOHNSCREEKMARIJUANA.CLINIC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH ANY PHYSICIAN OR THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM, OR ANY CLINICAL OUTCOME OR REGISTRY DECISION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JOHNSCREEKMARIJUANA.CLINIC, IF ANY, IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of this Site, your violation of these Terms, or your alleged violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Unresolved disputes shall be settled through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative proceedings are not permitted. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Jurisdiction and Venue: Exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any actions arising out of, or relating to or in any way connected with your access and/or use of this Site shall be in Bexar County, Texas if in state court, and in the Western District of Texas in San Antonio, Texas if in federal court.

13. Governing Law

All matters relating to your access and use of this Site shall be governed by the federal laws of the United States and the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to conflict of laws principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Medical Disclaimer

Important: The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not use this Site for medical emergencies — call 911 immediately.

JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic is not a medical provider. All clinical services are provided solely by independent DPH-registered Georgia physicians responsible for their own professional conduct and compliance.

Medical cannabis may not be appropriate for all individuals. A DPH-registered physician evaluation is required to determine eligibility under Georgia law. Discuss all risks with your physician before beginning any new treatment.

Marijuana remains illegal in Georgia. Georgia's medical cannabis program provides a lawful pathway only for registered patients with an active DPH Registry Card to purchase approved medical cannabis products in pharmaceutical containers from licensed dispensaries. Cannabis remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law regardless of Georgia state authorization. Use may affect federal employment, housing assistance, firearms ownership, immigration status, and military service. Health insurance does not cover medical cannabis costs. Smoking and botanical cannabis flower are prohibited under Georgia law. For current program details visit the AMCC website.

Advertising & Compensation Disclosure

JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic is an information and marketing website. We may receive compensation from DPH-registered Georgia physicians and telehealth booking services for advertising and marketing services. Such compensation is not based on the provision of medical services, patient outcomes, or certification decisions.

Nothing on this Site should be construed as a direction, recommendation, or endorsement of any particular physician or telehealth service.

Acknowledgement of Federal Law

By using this Site, you acknowledge that JohnsCreekMarijuana.Clinic is designed for residents of Georgia, where the medical cannabis program is in place under Georgia law. Cannabis is a Schedule I substance under the United States Controlled Substances Act. Transporting cannabis across state lines constitutes a federal offense. Marijuana remains illegal in Georgia outside of the registered patient program.
